Country Manager

Saifen Drugs Philippines Inc is excited to announce an opportunity for a Country Manager to join our team in the Philippines! We're looking for a dynamic Indian National with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry and has a valid working visa in the Philippines.

SDPI is dedicated to delivering quality healthcare products across the country, this role is ideal for a results-driven leader ready to take on strategic responsibilities, from overseeing operations to driving growth and building key partnerships.

Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field;
2. At least 10-15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management or leadership role;
3. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product regulations, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards;
4. Familiarity with the local culture, business practices, and healthcare environment in the Philippines;
5. Willingness to travel as required within the region to oversee operations and build relationships with key stakeholders;
6. Must be an Indian national and with valid working visa.
