Join the Gas Renewables & Power (GRP) Branch! The team is looking for a Country Manager for Solar Distributed Generation (Philippines).
Accountable for all DG activities in the country:
Ensure that the activities are compliant with TRDG HSE and compliance standards. Implement the Solar Distributed Generation business model, find and contract projects, construct, finance (when locally) in accordance with the JV model with ENEOS, and operate the assets in full compliance with the Company's policy and procedures. Ensure strong project economics and safe project construction/operation as per the internal standards. In coordination with REN/DG and our partner ENEOS, set up and maintain the legal and operational infrastructure required to operate in the target countries (legal, fiscal, regulatory). Develop, put in place, and maintain Company processes and structures under the 'One TotalEnergies' approach by ensuring compliance with Company's processes (fiscal, compliance, HR, legal, comms, etc.). Implement sales and marketing processes, structures/partnership networks/product and economic offers to complete and maximize competitive advantage in the country of operation. Active monitoring of HSE processes and actions for construction sites and O&M of operational solar plants. In coordination with TotalEnergies REN and our partner ENEOS, put in place competitive project finance once projects are built and necessary scale is reached. Ensure that administration processes supporting the financing are maintained effectively. Effectively work with local branches of TotalEnergies (GRP, MS, RC or EP) on regulatory bodies, business customers, and financing institutions (One TotalEnergies One Country). Credit management: accountable for collection of cash from customers for the services provided. Propose to management the annual budget and ensure its implementation. Participate in the definition of the local LTP. Identify B2B prospects likely to enter into PPA/OLA/DPSA (contractual framework depending on the country). Ensure local market intelligence, report local trends/tendencies, and propose the adaptation of the local strategy to the head office. Manage local key accounts and partners, leveraging synergies with other Company's affiliates in the region.
