The Role You will be responsible for : Establishing long term goals as well as quarterly and annual business objectives and developing high quality business strategies and plans to deliver these.Managing the P&L and driving the business toward the achievement of business objectives.Ensuring that the Company's operations are consistent with its overall strategy and mission and fostering a strong organisational culture in line with the company's values.Hiring and coaching commercial as well as product development teams towards high performance and engagement.Representing the Company with clients, investors and business partners.Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets.Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships.Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.Driving monthly /quarterly sales objectives and providing sales forecasts.Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implement performance management actions when needed.Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.Conducting monthly sales reviews and quarterly business reviews with Country sales teams.Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.Setting weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets for the team and driving them to achieve these.Managing a team of 11-50 people.Ideal Profile You have at least 10 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Country Head / General Manager role, ideally within the Hospital / Health Care / Healthtech, Pharmaceuticals / Biotechnology and Retail industry.Prior experience within a startup would be a strong advantage.You are a seasoned leader with strong experience in managing P&Ls and driving growth within organisations.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teamsYou possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.What's on Offer?
