Country Controllership Specialist - Mandaluyong

Location: Mandaluyong City
OVERALL PURPOSE:
Deliver expertise in Financial Reporting to ensure precise and timely submission of both internal and external financial requirements. Facilitate process alignment through detailed analysis and understanding of Controllership processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the representative for the Financial Reporting Center (FRC) in statutory engagements, ensuring all necessary requirements are met accurately and on time.
Contribute to complex internal and external reporting needs, including reports, flux analysis, and financial statement reviews, to assist the Tower Lead in conducting management reviews.
Prepare compliance documents required during the initial setup of acquisitions or new legal entities for the Country Controller Lead's review and approval.
Evaluate current processes to ensure they align with established policies and guidelines.
Resolve all reconciling items within the designated policy period.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in Record-to-Report, General Accounting, or Controllership.
At least 4-5 years of supervisory experience.
Experience with one of the Big 4 auditing firms is preferred but not mandatory.
CPA certification is preferred.
Expected Salary : PHP 50,000-80,000
