Counter Supervisor

Oversee day-to-day operations; Managing counter staff by monitoring attendance of rank & file counter employees, maintaining an efficient and effective customer service at all times by executing through knowledge of the cashiering process
- Manage the operating budget of the department; providing safety and security control measures relative to cashiering functions; ensuring the completeness of counter supplies and it's inventory
- Administer end-of-day activities by informing the counter team of new processes, procedures and promotions

Qualifications:

- Graduate of BSBA or equivalent
- With at least 2 years experience in retail, bank operations or counter-cashier functions
- With excellent communication and customer service skills

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
