Costumer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

-Assist customers with inquiries and concerns
-Provide information about products or services
-Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
-Maintain a professional and positive demeanor
-Utilize communication skills to interact effectively with customers
-Follow company guidelines and protocols
-Document customer interactions accurately
-Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
-Handle a high volume of incoming calls or messages
-Stay knowledgeable about company offerings to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

-At least 18 years old
-High school Graduate, Senior Highschool Graduate, College level, College Graduate or vocational graduate
-Good English Communication Skills
-With At least 3 months of experience
-Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
-Basic computer proficiency
-Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure
