- Male/Female- Graduate of BS Civil Engineer (can be licensed or not as long as GRADUATED)- w/ AT LEAST 2-3years experience as an Estimator in the Construction Industry (Office based work)- Good mathematical and analytical skills- Able to use AutoCAD and SketchUp- Pleasing personality and appearance- Good communication skills- Career-focused, Fast learner and detail-oriented- Knows how to use measuring tape and technical construction terms- Living within or near the area (Banawe/La Loma, Quezon City) is better
