Cost Estimator

**Requirements and Qualifications**:
At least 1-year minimum relevant working experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, construction management, or a similar field.
Responsibilities also include the following:

- Meeting with clients to discuss the scope and scale of the project.
- Traveling to job sites to gather information on materials, labor, and other factors.
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and architects.
- Consulting with industry experts to discuss cost estimates.
- Identifying and quantifying all cost factors involved in the project.
- Using computer software to calculate cost estimates.
- Preparing and presenting cost reports for clients.
- Reviewing expenditure statements during all phases of the project.
- Adjust current drawings and recommend changes based on their understanding and knowledge of the project.
- Good in mathematical skill
- Design and draft CAD (computer-aided design) drawings.
- Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- With experience in project bidding presentation
- Knowledgeable in Isometric
- Meet all project specifications and formatting within company principles.
- Meet project drawings deadlines
- with knowledge in drawing of mechanical, plumbing and fire protection scope of work
- Accountable for the maintenance of the CAD drawing library.
- Aid in increasing and maintaining quality assurance processes.
- Prepare presentation materials using AutoCAD graphic software.
- Review and interpret client specifications.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
