The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a technical background, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.

Material Sourcing and Procurement: Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for engineering projects. Procurement Strategy Development: Develop strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery timelines, including market research, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements and specifications. Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites. Vendor Evaluation and Performance Management: Monitor supplier performance, promptly address any issues or delays, and evaluate vendors based on criteria such as cost, quality, and reliability. Cost Tracking and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and vendor performance. Continuous Learning and Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management. Process Improvement and Cost Savings: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in procurement operations. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably Electrical Engineering. At least 3 years of proven experience in procurement preferably in a manufacturing or corporate setting. Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish and maintain vendor relationships. Understanding of engineering specifications and technical requirements for materials and equipment. Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in procurement. What's in it for you?
