Cost Controller

**Job Summary**:

- Provides assistance in the preparation of evaluation of proposals/quotations of trade sub-contractors suppliers.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects
- Ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget
- Valuation of construction work, assist in bidding and project budgeting and submission of bills to the clients
- Graduate of Civil Engineer
- With or without license
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parañaque City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
