Competency Requirements:
Graduate of Industrial Engineering
Experience of the same field in a Manufacturing set up is advantage but not required.
Knowledge in basic Office Applications is required. QBE system is a plus.
Flexible and with high sense of urgency.
Can work with less supervision, highly motivated, self-driven and assertive.

Job Scope:
Conduct process and finishing time study on ALL new finishes with the assistance of PD Finishing section.
When need arises, conduct the following process and time study for newly developed samples with the assistance of concerned sections:
Product (PD casting and sanding section)
Finishing (PD finishing section)
Packaging (PD packaging section)
Process and time study is needed in order
to come up with an actual material and labor costs.Generate the following system sheets based on the actual data derived from the time study conducted or information taken from concerned sections. These must be reviewed by its respective section Head.

Finishing system sheet
A draft of the above system sheets will be submitted to the PD Manager for final review and approval. Once approved, will be forwarded to PD Admin Assistant for routing.
Responsible in encoding the following to Company's System (QBE).
Bill of materials
Build assembly
Responsible in coming up with the following ACTUAL costs every after sample is completed. Costs need to be inputted on Detailed Product System Sheet (DPSS) at Company's provided network (NAS)
Carcass cost
Finishing cost
Packaging cost
Other costs (if any) such as accessories, wood and metal support, etc.
Responsible in coming up with an estimated costs (packaging, finishing, and accessories (if any)). This is only applicable to those buyers who set target FOB costs as requested by either US team, Top Management or Account Management.
Perform other related functions or task as requested by Department Manager and/or Management.
