Job Descriptions: Lead and supervise the Cost Accounting UnitApplication of functional expertise to enhance decision making by OperationsSetting standard costs of Cost of Goods ManufacturedPerforms Cost Planning Analysis for Standard Cost as against Actual PriceManage end-to-end inventory processesProtect integrity of inventory by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controlsMonitor inventory accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completenessOversees company cycle count programSetting up company policies on the inventory and costing method.Review and analyze Statement of Cost of Goods Manufactured and Sold prepared by Operation/Business UnitsReview and analyze the Cost-Volume-Profit (CVP) Analysis and Breakeven AnalysisDevelop, review and update the accuracy of Standard Cost.Develop components and calculations of Cost to Produce and Cost to SellDevelop new cost structure in view of the innovation recommended by the Marketing and Operation TeamRevision of the Standard Cost if new formulation or new product is introducedUpdating of the cost structure or BOM due to innovation of packaging, bottling materials and other cost components.Perform variance analysis in all aspects, example: Usage Variance, Price Variance, etc.Attend meetings as scheduled and requested by the ManagementAd hoc assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
