Cost Accountant

**Job Specifications**:

- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; preferably a CPA
- At least 1 year experience in the position or in any related field
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Computer proficient
- Must be hardworking, and with pleasing personality
- Can work under pressure
- Ability to multitask and with keen attention to details

**Responsibilities**:

- Performs audit of the cost inventories by examining purchase request, purchase order and sales invoice
- Determines inventory variances by conducting physical inventory count and monitor the cycle count program
- Investigates causes of variances for process improvements
- Assists in the Monthly General Ledger closing
- Strictly enforces internal control throughout the organization
