Daily/ Monthly Preparation and monitoring of Cash Flow (Budgeting)Plans budgets and prepares actual expenses monthly and provides analysis.Preparation and Disbursement of ChecksMonitoring of Accounts PayableScheduling of released of checksUpdate Client/Vendor LedgerDaily Update and Monitor of Inhouse Bank Balance (Excel & Google Sheet)Monthly update of Financial Statement working paperMonthly preparation of SSS Contribution & Loans paymentMonthly preparation of HDMF Contribution & Loans paymentEnsure the completeness of documents/request for paymentMonitoring of Asset InventoryAnswers/ e-mail client queries (status update)Preparation and issuance of Expanded Withholding Tax (2307)Other Task as assigned by superior.
