Job Summary The Correspondence Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist has expertise in conducting audits to identify areas for improvement and implementing quality improvement initiatives in Correspondence processes. Essential Functions And Tasks Identify and analyze quality assurance issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Develop and implement comprehensive quality and assurance policies and procedures. Monitor and assess compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Ensure adherence to quality assurance requirements. Prepare reports and documentation related to quality assurance monitoring.
