Responsibilities: Assists the operations head in the implementation of company policies and coordinates with the company officers. Reports any violations of such.Provides daily security advisories to the operations officers and security head.Assists the investigator in gathering evidence and witnesses in the event of unusual incidents.Liaises with LGU and PNP unit in case of fire, disorder, and burglary.Conducts site inspections to ensure security and safety of the entire premises.Conducts audits to ensure the operational preparedness of the respective plantilla.Responsible for the discipline and work performance of all security guards posted in AOR.
