Corporate Sales Manager

Responsible for guiding and supervising sales operations to ensure profit growth and realization of sales targets. He/she must be able to identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications: Bachelor's DegreeAt least 3 years of Sales Experience Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and manage organizational sales strategies covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.Achieve planned sales goals and set individual sales targets for the team.Monitor sales targets, reporting results to business unit leaders.Supervise and evaluate sales team performance.Coordinate with marketing for lead generation efforts.Promote organizational products and understand customer needs.Attend conferences, meetings, and events.Prepare quotes and proposals for clients.Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Supervisors in pursuing deals.Recruit and train staff to enhance sales performance.

Salary Range: 45k to 60k plus Benefits
