• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.• Meeting planned sales goals.• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.• Monitoring sales target and report results to business unit heads.• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.• Promoting the organization and products.• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.• Attending conferences, meetings, and events.• Create quotes and proposals for clients.• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Supervisor in deal pursuits.• Hiring and training of staff to ensure an effective team that delivers increased sales performance.Job Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree graduate of any IT related course• At least 3 years sales experience
