Job Description: Manage organizational sales by developing a comprehensive business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls. Meet planned sales goals. Set individual sales targets with the sales team. Monitor sales targets and report results to business unit heads. Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team. Coordinate with marketing on lead generation. Promote the organization and its products. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Attend conferences, meetings, and events. Create quotes and proposals for clients. Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Supervisor in deal pursuits. Hire and train staff to ensure an effective team that delivers increased sales performance.Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any IT-related course.
