Corporate Sales Account Officer

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree Holder in Business Management, Marketing Management, Real Estate Management or any related field- Must have real estate experience- Must have pleasing personality- With sales experience is an advantage- Good communication skills and computer literate- Familiar on digital marketingJOB DESCRIPTION:- Develop and implement comprehensive social media advertising strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.- Provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives.- Reach monthly sales targets- Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media and emails.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, making adjustments to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
