Job Description:
The Corporate Relations Specialist (Sales) cultivates relationships with corporate clients to drive sales growth and expand market share. They customize HMO solutions to meet corporate clients' healthcare needs and negotiate agreements to secure partnerships. Through strategic sales planning and analysis of market trends, they aim to achieve sales targets effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned quotas for individual and group HMO products.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify the most suitable healthcare plans for potential clients.
• Present HMO plans and benefits to potential clients in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize enrollment procedures with new members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Meet with brokers and referral partners to develop and maintain relationships.
• Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and company products.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of corporate clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Job Qualifications/Specifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
