Corporate Project Manager (Architect)

Job Qualifications: Graduate of B.S. ArchitectureAt least 5 years' experience in a supervisory position in corporate project management in an institution in a hospital or related setting.Preferably a licensed architect.Attainment of relevant certifications and professional networking via involvement in industry groups.Willing to work in Global City.Job Summary: The incumbent manages and directs all activities of the Corporate Project Management. Plans, designs, formulates, implements, monitors, and evaluates projects, department policies, and procedures. Manages effectively the daily operations and ongoing projects of the section, ensuring that costs are within budget and on time. Ensures implementation and provides solutions to project-related issues. Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes of projects while working cooperatively to provide strategic direction for all projects.
