DescriptionOversee day-to-day operations of the plantation, including planting, harvesting, maintenance, and logistics.Develop and implement business strategies to enhance productivity, profitability, and sustainability of the plantation.Maintain effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, and business partners.RequirementsDegree in Agriculture/Forestry/Environmental Science or related field.At least ten (10) years' experience in corporate plantation and related work.Must be knowledgeable in plantation business strategy.Must have experience in managing Banana, Sugarcane, and Pineapple.Proven track record in managing multiple plantations.Good relationships with key individuals in the plantation industry.Interpersonal, strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.Strong work ethic and reliability.Working LocationIf the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
