Corporate Planning Staff

Description:
Spearheads various legal case planning, research, interviews, and data gathering, drafts and analyzes legal documents, and takes charge of coordination and recommendations to our legal counsel
Examines and recommends appropriate legal practices for all agreements and other related engagements being entered into by the company
Other related legal matters may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder in Political Science, Liberal Arts, or related degrees preferably with
major in Paralegal Studies
Working experience in Legal Duties
Possesses above-average communication skills (both written and verbal).
At least 28 to 39 years old
