Expected Outcomes & Responsibilities: Conduct business research and analysis of relevant industry informationAnalyzes current market & economic situations, trends, and conditions as market insights or market intelligenceAssist in the preparation of management reports and deliver management presentations to assist in the decision-makingAssists in the conduct of the internal and external engagement of the CEO such as but not limited to attend to government-related issues and concerns, and compliance with corporate goals and objectivesCoordinates the programs initiated by the top management to cascade corporate strategy to the key persons in the organizationEnsure that all related activities are performed in accordance with company policies, guidelines, and procedures, including but not limited to internal and external communications, and confidentiality and security of corporate informationAssists in the formulation/review of the company's long-term and short-term corporate strategic plans and programsAssists in creating and maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with the organization's plans, programs, management policies, and procedures as may be assignedQualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or any 4-year related coursesAt least two (2) years of relevant work experience in the related field is required for this positionPreferably 1-4 years experience specializing in Corporate Planning Strategy or equivalent is a plusExcellent communication skills: Verbal and Written
