Corporate Nurse

Responsibilities:- Provide first aid and medical assistance to employees in case of injury or illness.- Conduct health screenings and assessments as required by company policies.- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of all health information.- Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote employee well-being.- Collaborate with HR and management to create a safe and healthy work environment.- Stay updated on state and federal health regulations and ensure compliance within the workplace.- Provide training and workshops on health-related topics to employees.Requirements:- Preferably with experience in occupational health.- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field is preferred.- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees.- Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently.-Experience in developing health and wellness programs is a plus.
