Corporate Lawyer

**As a Company Lawyer, you are expected to perform these Legal duties**:

- Update owners regarding legal documentation processes.
- Review or draft contracts
- Represent the company in all legal matters.
- Provide legal advice regarding risk management and corporate protection
- Review company policies and documents related to labor laws
- Create corporate standards in connection with legal compliances

**Qualifications**:

- Superior work ethic, able to work with different teams and departments
- Superior English language written and oral communication skills
- Willing to work in _Parañaque City._
- **WILLING TO WORK FULL TIME.

**Salary**: Php60,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
