Responsibilities: Responsible for handling all kinds of litigation cases, emergencies, etc. that occur in the company.Drafting, reviewing, and filing management of contracts and other legal documents in English.Responsible for the selection, contact, and management of outside lawyers for the company.Providing daily legal and compliance advice on the operation of the company's business.Management of the daily affairs of the company's shareholders' meetings, board of directors, etc.Handle other works designated by the supervisor.Qualifications: English as a working language.Graduated from law school with a Bachelor of Laws degree or higher.At least three years of experience working as an in-house legal or law firm.Independent handling of general and simple litigation cases.Skilled in drafting and reviewing contracts in English.Capable of accepting short-term business trips.
