Corporate Lawyer

Responsibilities: Provides analysis and counsel on legal, policy, and environmental issues including mergers and acquisitions, financial offerings, financial structuring, securities offerings, compliance issues, nondisclosure agreements, outsourcing agreements, and business strategic planning.Provides legal counsel on issues arising from actual or anticipated lawsuits.Anticipates and guards against legal risks facing the company.Develops and recommends company policy on legal issues.Represents the company or its officials in various legal proceedings.Prepares legal pleadings, motions, discovery stipulations, etc.Writes, reviews, and edits reports, opinions, correspondence, articles, and other documents.Writes and administers client and employment contracts.Qualifications: Must be a graduate of law, preferably with a Master's degree.Highly knowledgeable in legal and compliance matters.Licensed/Certification: Integrated Bar passer.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
