Corporate Internal Auditor

Responsible for the overall internal audit program for all affiliates and operating independently across all departments. This position reports to the Corporate Finance Manager for presentation to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. He shall establish and administer the Audit Policy and coordinate the activities of the company's external auditors. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet ongoing needs of the served company.
