Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Public Relation Department Manager, the successful candidate is expected to be in-charged with the formulation, preparation, recommendation, and overall management of Corporate Social Responsibility programs, in line with corporate goals and priorities and public relations needs. The CIAD Manager will also have oversight role which includes personnel supervision and development to fulfill its committed projects, forging strategic external partnerships, promoting the Corporate Brand Equity, and ensuring that division performance adheres to the targets set by the department.

1. STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF CIAD PROGRAMS
Formulates, designs, and recommends CIAD programs that fit the requirements of the corporation's host communities and stakeholders, in accordance with the directions set by the Company and in pursuit of unhampered operations and project acceptance of its technical projects and assets
2. EFFECTIVE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION OF CIAD PROGRAMS
Builds the communication plan for CIAD programs to effectively disseminate proper messaging to NGCP audiences.
3. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
Monitors and manages direct reports to uphold company rules, regulations and code of conduct (COC). Defines and implements initiatives relative to personnel development and career goals.
4. SAFETY AND QUALITY COMPLIANCE
Ensures activities are fully compliant with NGCP safety and quality standards and policies
Requirements: *Graduate of Management or Business-related course

*MA in Public Administration, Business Administration, Sociology, CSR is an advantage

*7 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory or managerial capacity or equivalent leadership experience

*At least 5 years experience in CSR or related field; Project management certification is an advantage
