Corporate Credit OfficerJOB SUMMARYCorporate Credit Officer is responsible for review, financial analysis, and evaluation of verifiedinformation for all corporate applications in order to arrive at a decision within the correspondinglending and deviation authority while optimizing business potentials within the acceptable creditrisk in order to achieve business targets and goals while ensuring portfolio quality is maintained.RESPONSIBILITIESFunctionalEvaluation and Analysis• Conducts initial assessment on the corporate borrower and its majorshareholders/directors and lay out the necessary and further clarification• Together with the Account Officer, conducts interview and ocular inspection with theclient to determine the risk profile of the borrower and to validate the business operationsChecks the Loandex, NFIS, and other third-party applicable credit bureausConducts trade checking with borrowers' customers and suppliersAnalysis and validation of the submitted bank statementsPrepares financial spreadsheet based on the audited financial statements to determinethe capacity of the borrower to pay• Prepares in-depth credit proposals after gathering all the necessary information whichinclude but not limited to:Company backgroundFinancial analysis (Ratios, AFS entry movement – favorable and not favorable)Summary of the trade and bank checking, field visit conductedRecommendation on the loan packagePrepares 3-year financial projection only when necessaryPresents the Credit Proposal to the Excom depending on the credit limit endorsedConducts loan reviews, line renewals, new line availment when necessaryOthers• Perform other duties that may be assigned by immediate superiorJOB REQUIREMENTSEducation• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any other related fieldExperienceAt least 1 year experience in Credit Evaluation and Financial analysis of corporate loansAt least 2 years' experience in Medical Equipment procurementFresh graduates with background in Finance/Accounting are welcome to applyExperienced as a credit officer with basic knowledge in AccountingCan present financial statements/reports
