Corporate Communications OfficerREPORTS TO: Marketing ManagerBUSINESS/WORK UNIT: EHI SALARY GRADE: PHP30,000 – PHP40,000QUARTERLY INCENTIVE DEPENDINGON PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONJOB SUMMARYThe Corporate Communications Officer is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketingcommunication plans to promote the company's products, services, and brand image. They will collaborate withvarious departments to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all communication channels. TheCorporate Communications Officer will also oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as advertisingcampaigns, press releases, and digital content, to effectively reach target audiences and achieve businessobjectives.KEY RESULT AREA DUTIES, RESPONSBILITIES & OUTPUTBrand Consistency:? Produces and establishes brand consistency acrossall communication channels of Elev8 Group (e.g.,website, social media, print materials) throughbrand guidelines adherence.Message Clarity:? Develops and monitors the clarity andeffectiveness of marketing communicationmaterials through surveys, feedback, and contentengagement metrics for Elev8 Group.Brand Identity Management:? Enhances and implements brand sentiment andperception through and customer feedbackmechanisms such as Internal CSAT Survey, NPS,Brand Lift Studies.CREATION ANDDISTRIBUTIONContent Quality:? Formulates measurement for content qualitybased on engagement metrics (likes, shares,comments, time spent) and content relevance totarget audience needs.MARKETINGPUBLICRELATIONS ANDMEDIA RELATIONSBRANDEVENTS ANDSPONSORSHIPSContent Reach:? Track content reach and amplification metrics(impressions, reach, shares) across variouschannels to assess content distributioneffectiveness.Content Diversity:? Devises the monitoring and implementation of thevariety and freshness of content produced (e.g.,blog posts, videos, infographics) to ensure diverseand engaging communication.Website Traffic and Engagement:? Produces and executes the website trafficsessions, pageviews) and user engagementbounce rate, time on site) to assess theeffectiveness of digital marketing efforts.Social Media Performance:? Creates metrics and analyzes social media metrics(followers, engagement rate, click-through rate) toevaluate the impact of social media campaignsand content.Email Marketing Effectiveness:? Develops monitoring and plan for email openrates, click-through rates, and conversion rates toassess the effectiveness of email marketingcampaigns.Media Coverage:? Implements and measures the quantity andquality of media coverage (mentions, sentiment)in relevant publications and channels.Press Release Performance:? Executes press release plans and monitor pressrelease effectiveness based on distribution reach,pickup rates, and media inquiries generated.Relationship Building:? Assess the development and maintenance ofrelationships with media contacts and industryinfluencers and ensures client saturation andexpansion with Elev8 Group products and servicesoffered.Event Attendance and Engagement:? Provides and monitors event attendance, and*MARKETINGCOLLATERAL ANDMATERIALSattendee engagement to evaluate the success ofbrand events and sponsorships.ROI of Sponsorship Activities:? Monitoring the return on investment (ROI) ofsponsorship activities by assessing brand visibility,leads generated, and business opportunitiessecured.Post-Event Feedback:? Establish post-event feedback from attendees,partners, and stakeholders to identify areas forimprovement and measure satisfaction levels.Collateral Usage:? Development of marketing collateral (brochures,flyers, presentations) and monitoring the usageand distribution, to ensure alignment withmarketing objectives and target audience needs.Collateral Effectiveness:? Measure the impact and effectiveness ofmarketing collateral through metrics such asdownloads, inquiries generated, and conversionrates.Collateral Feedback:? Strong writing and editing skills to craft clear,concise, and persuasive copy for marketingmaterials, press releases, website content, socialmedia posts, and other communicationchannels.? Knowledge of digital marketing principles andtechniques, including search engine optimization(SEO), email marketing, social media marketing,content marketing, and online advertising.? Proficiency in managing corporate social mediaaccounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook,Instagram) to build brand awareness, engagewith audiences, and drive traffic to thecompany's website or other digital assets.? Ability to develop and implement crisiscommunication plans, including timely andeffective responses to sensitive issues, negativepublicity, and emergencies that may impact thecompany's reputation.? Knowledge of internal communication bestpractices and tools to effectively communicatewith employees, disseminate information, fosteremployee engagement, and maintainorganizational culture.? Ability to confidently and effectively deliverpresentations, speeches, and key messages tointernal and external stakeholders, includingemployees, clients, investors, and the media.5? Understanding of branding principles andstrategies to maintain brand consistency,integrity, and identity across all communicationchannels and touchpoints.? Basic graphic design skills to create visuallyappealing assets such as social media graphics,presentations, and marketing collateral usingtools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.? Familiarity with website content managementsystems (CMS) like WordPress to update websitecontent, publish blog posts, and optimize webpages for search engines.? Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., GoogleAnalytics, social media analytics) to track andanalyze key performance metrics, measure theeffectiveness of communication campaigns, andgenerate insights for optimization.? Basic knowledge of multimedia production toolsand software to create and edit videos,podcasts, and other multimedia content formarketing and communication purposes.? Ability to plan, coordinate, and executecorporate events, including conferences,seminars, webinars, product launches, andmedia briefings.? Familiarity with email marketing automationplatforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) to create,schedule, and analyze email campaigns, segmentaudiences, and nurture leads.MinimumQualificationStandards? Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or arelated field in communication.? Strong understanding of sales processes,strategies, and methodologies.? Excellent communication skills (written andverbal comms)? Proficiency in marketing software and salesanalytics tools.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to adapt to changing market conditionsand competitive landscapes.? With 3-5 years' experience in Advertising, PR andbrand management in a corporate set up.
