Key Responsibilities: Lead in developing and implementing corporate strategies for improving organizational communication and internal and external communications campaigns. Collaborate with the HR Department in organizing and implementing programs and activities in communicating the organizational culture and brand. Develop communication materials in collaboration with the different Business Units/Departments, with the guidance of the EVP. Devise and employ communication tools and platforms such as newsletters and social media. Manage content for social media and the Group's corporate website. Prepare presentation content and materials as needed. Work with Corporate Communications team members to conceptualize and implement strategies and campaigns. Work with third party providers and/or advertising agencies in the delivery of external communications campaigns. Promote impactful communications/content materials through appropriate social media channels. Ensure that all communications and marketing materials aligns with brand standards – quality, accuracy, timeliness and brand tone. Maintain branding standards across all communication and propose systems enhancements, if needed. Assist in photo shoot, production of collaterals and event management. Maintains a calendar of projects, events and deadlines. Track analytics and create reports detailing successes and failures of communications campaign. Qualifications: With Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Communications, Advertising/Media, Journalism or any equivalent course. Minimum of five (5) years of managerial experience in corporate communications, content writing, advertising and/or marketing Knowledgeable in Social media tools, Research methodologies and analysis, Marketing principles, Business correspondence, Publication development, Media relations, Creative Direction, etc. Excellent Skills in Communication, Events Management, Marketing and Negotiation, Website Management and Computer Applications, Networking and Interpersonal Relations, Project Management, Budgeting and Strategic Planning.
