Specific Duties & Responsibilities Works closely with the CAD Head , with internal stakeholders and external communications teams to ensure timely and consistent communication and engagement among Metrobankers. Develops communication strategy, conceptualization of engagement programs including the implementation, regular use and championing of the internal communications platform approved by the Bank. Ensures that the communication platform being used is fully embedded in the work productivity of employees. Provides an effective two-way flow of information with employees to encourage user generated content. Should be able to deliver other related functions and requirements that will be assigned from time to time. Qualifications: Possess a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the financial industry Strong communication, stakeholder managment, and negotiation skills for successful client relations Demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing marketing strategies and a proven track record of effectively executing these strategies in alignment with the department's budget, timeline, and expectations Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams Proficiency in leveraging marketing tools and technologies to enhance event outcome A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that project leave a lasting impression Experience in post-project analysis and reporting to measure the impact and improve future strategies Other Details: Rank: Junior Officer
