Corporate Affairs And Communications Officer

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Research and audit corporate matters, competitive opportunities, expansion projects, customer insights, and customer communications
- Draft and/or proofread official releases from the executive office or management committee
- Assist with local and international stakeholder relationship development
- Prepare and negotiate contracts as authorized; coordinate with legal counsels as needed
- Oversee licenses, special projects and purchasing, special permits, intellectual property, etc.
- Other tasks that may be assigned

**Minimum Qualifications**
- College graduate of any course related to legal or communication field
- Has at least 3 years relative work experience
- Strong communication skills
- Must be a critical thinker and proactive problem solver
- Take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
