**Job Summary**:
The Corporate Accounts Officer is responsible for strengthening the organization's relationships with its existing clients by effectively meeting customer needs; building productive customer relationships; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Also, the position is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in planning, identifying, and closing new business opportunities and the development of marketing strategies in order to achieve departmental targets.
**Responsibilities**:
Acts as a liaison and resource person for existing accounts and ensures that all service or payment issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Ensures that terms and conditions as stipulated in the contract are complied with, while looking for continual improvement in quality and delivery of overall service
Attends clients' meetings, discussions and conducts business planning, Account performance reviews, and Travel Forum depending on the needs of the account.
- Negotiates re-pricing for contract renewal.
- Maintains and updates account database
- Formulates strategies on how to generate more profit with existing accounts, i.e MICE
- Assists in formulating marketing strategies in order to develop local corporate clients.
- Assists in the implementation of projects and campaigns that support the attainment of departmental targets and objectives.
- Builds business pipeline to achieve monthly targets.
- Assists in the conduct of market research and analysis; prepares research-based reports.
- Prepares and presents competitive proposals to clients.
- Performs other duties may be assigned
