Corporate Accounting Supervisor (Cebu)

Summary of Responsibilities: Oversees Accounting operations/daily transactions, which include financial accounting, accounts payable/receivable, revenue collections, bank reconciliation, processing of reports, leading month-end close activity, audit, payroll, tax, and other related matters. Supervise the accounting section team and collaborate with other departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Accountancy and/or Management Accounting
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
At least 5 years of relevant working experience as an Accountant, financial internal audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting related to PEZA
Expertise in current Philippine Tax Laws (VAT, EWT, FBT, etc), and Gov't contribution processing
Adequate proficiency in MS O365 Apps (i.e. Excel & Word)
Must have knowledge and experience in using Quickbooks Online, in BIR CAS accounting software or other accounting software
Able to work & communicate well within a team
Willing to learn and adaptable to Japanese culture, with a Japanese language is a plus
Can work ASAP and amenable to a work on-site arrangement
