Corporate Accountant

Job Description:
• Enter Invoices in Bill.com for A/P for all Pre-approved Vendors
Managing expenses and vendor payables. Enter and process vendor invoicesAssist with employee expense report review and paymentsMaintain documentation for corporate credit card transactions and perform credit card reconciliationsRecord journal entries in QuickBooks Online.Prepare monthly/quarterly internal reporting and external filingsPrepare monthly bank reconciliationsHelp create a well-documented processes and procedures manualCoordinate with Fund Accounting on expense allocation and to understand impact on management company for new fund offeringsAssist with periodic tax filings, including year-end K-1s/returns, 1099 filings, etc.Maintain internal cash reconciliation and support payment review, cash controls and cash forecastingAssist with quarterly reporting for GP entitiesIdentify areas for process improvements and establish efficiencies and enhanced reporting/analyticsAd-hoc analyses on financial and operational results, supporting the team with any special projects Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not required.Candidate must have applied working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting procedures related to bookkeeping and accounting for operating companiesHave 1-3 years of experienceHas experience using Concur, QuickBooksHelpful if they have PE or hedge fund company experienceInvestment Management industry experience preferredMust have strong English verbal and written communication skillsAble to meet challenging client requirements and provide services while possessing strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research abilities
