Corporate Account Specialist

ROLE

The Corporate Account Specialist will establish and maintain current customers, develop potential customer relationships, and increase business profitability.
Focused on corporate accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding the annual sales target, growing revenue for assigned accounts, seizing business opportunities
- Responsible for creating and implementing sales growth strategies
- Work collaboratively with other departments to develop programs to achieve business objectives and increase sales.
- Monitors and process the renewal/contracts of the assigned accounts
- Expand and manage professional relationships with key decision makers with an emphasis on optimizing sales.
- Serve as primary contact for escalation and accountability to maintain relationships thru account servicing and quick response to client needs to improve overall customer experience.
- Handle all warm leads and successfully turn leads into current active accounts.
- Prepares and submit monthly report to provide information to the immediate head.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a 4-year Business Course or any related courses
- With at least 2 years of related work experience in a related industry of notable size, complexity least, and significance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Experience managing several tasks and priorities and exercising independent working
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Knowledge of retail organizations' systems and processes is a plus.
**Salary**: Php26,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
