**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the Brand Ambassador who can curate a more informative and welcoming user-friendly community
- Play an integral role in shaping and leading the Company's community platform in the direction of growth and expansion
- Understand the importance of the role which promotes engagement, influence the community, and shaping the tone of future conversations
- Identify and collect suitable data from credible online sources including breaking news, daily and weekly cultural events / societal news / seasonality trends, top discussions, and user-generated content
- Good research skills and an instinct for knowing when a fact has been confirmed.
This includes confirming details, copy, historical information, data, identities, etc.
- Validate that the gathered material complies with the Company's community guidelines and marketing and branding procedures by verifying the accuracy and relevance of resources
- Investigate, secure, and properly document permission clearance to publish data and comments
- Investigate new trends and tools connected with the generation and curation of digital content
- Help shape editorial strategy and support roadmap for scaling content quality
- Locating, analyzing, and evaluating valuable content
- Sorting, organizing, and structuring content
- Creating and re-purposing content when it adds to the underlying value
- Monitoring and evaluating how readers interact with the comments
- Understanding and managing of Social Media landscape and Brands
- Able to write succinctly, objectively, and accurately to increase engagement within the comment stream
- Collaborate with other teams to improve user experience while building the Company's credibility on news industry

- Experience with:
- Automated curation techniques, including social rating and collaborative filtering
- Using and navigating large curation databases
- Obtaining permission clearance
- Social Media Management
- Ability to make decisions based on extensive research, work effectively in a team and autonomously, and work with cross-functional teams.
- Capacity to detect and minimize risks, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize activities
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and technology skill
