Job Summary:
To provide technical assistance by answering questions and resolving problems on the organization's computer hardware, systems software, and all other computer related problems.
Major Responsibilities:

Installs, configures and upgrades new hardware or software systems or components, ensuring integration with existing network system

Answers user queries and resolves computer problems including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail and other desktop issues
4.
Escalate requests, especially pertaining to network connections, to the appropriate party, as needed.
Includes coordinating user access for staff to the US team
5.
Provides operational support for the organization's information systems and peripheral equipment, such as servers, desktops, printers and storage devices
6.
May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions including but not limited to sub-functions within Shared Services
7.
Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of college with min 2 years relevant experience
- Microsoft Certification (MSCE) is an advantage
- Technical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
- Amenable to work in Alabang
