SUMMARY OF JOB:

The main duty of a Branch Coordinator is to ensure coordination between the new site and main branch regarding production-related services of the company.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Below are some, but not limited to, the duties and responsibilities of a Branch Coordinator:

1. Coordinates with the main branch's production department regarding production activities

2. Handles filing and safe keeping of documents

3. Accommodates all materials request to and from new site office

4. Records all materials coming to the new site

5. Handles making of gate passes and withdrawal slips for materials and equipment needed for production

6. Encodes Daily Time Record to be submitted to the HR/Admin Department

7. Sorts all daily expenses of the Bacolod site for reporting to Accounting Department

8. Requests petty cash for the week and month to ensure fund for Bacolod site

9. Handles all incoming calls and inquiries

10. Fixes overtime slips to be sent to Marikina for Daily Time Record

11. Assists the President or Sales Department during client or guest visits in the Bacolod site

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

1. Graduate of any 4-year course related to the field

2. Knowledgeable in the use of computer and applications such as MS Office, etc.

3. Have a keen attention to details

4. Organized and Efficient

5. Has a good communication and interpersonal skill that can work well with others

6. Flexible and willing to work beyond the working hours

7. Can work with minimal or no supervision required from the superior

8. Punctual
