**Qualifications**
- **College Graduate (Bachelor's Degree)**
- **Experience in Excel is a must (Analytics, Financial, etc.
)**
- **PowerPoint/English/Filipino Literate**

Working Experience**

**PAY OUT, NEW MANAGER SUCCESS DATA,**

a.
To ensure a coding of at least 50-unit heads per month.
b.
To be able to address concerns regarding payout issues such as re-computation of credited allowances, training validation, forwarding of account number/s to Licensing and the like.
c. To be able to monitor the status (Active, Exited, Terminated, Reclassified) of all unit heads who have attended and completed AM101.
d. To be able to constantly update and monitor the database with regards credited allowances versus a manager's production per month.
e. To be able to prepare all the necessary files/documents for the consolidation and submission of the payout report for MHP and MDP unit head managers in time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

**Salary**: Php23,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
