**Qualifications**:
Must be a graduate of Education, Psychology or other related fields.
With a Masters Degree in the field of education, counseling, psychology, or management.
Must have sufficient exposure to teaching, program development, facilitating, student consultation and research.
Must have at least 3 years experience in student formation.
Proficient in oral and written communication in Filipino and English.
Job Description/Summary
Develops systems to ensure the efficient operations of the Council of Student Organizations and the SHINE program.
Mentors, monitors, reviews and approves activities of the Council of Student Organizations and all member organizations.
Ensures the smooth implementation of the SHINE program, including registration of students, coordination with Associate Deans, Department Chairs, and Faculty Tutors, orientation of students and tutors about the program, and coordination with ASIST in the use of AnimoSpace.
Monitors and evaluates the implementation of the SHINE program
Coordinates with the CSO organizations and other recognized student groups in offering tutorial services under the SHINE program.
Carries out other tasks as assigned by the Director.
