Job Overview: You will enhance your cooking skill by preparing food items and menus in line with the company's standard and guidelines. Making sure that a meal is  properly and timely presented while keeping the kitchens sanitation. 
Job Objectives: To meet highest food quality standards on flavor, aroma, and color attributes.
To keep optimal daily inventory levels with high yielding raw materials.
To maintain impeccable sanitation and cleanliness and food safety rating.
Duties & Responsibilities: Prepares kitchen setup and station backup.
Maintain raw and paper stock levels.
Proper usage and maintenance of equipment and tools.
Timely food production and ordering.
Follows waste segregation procedures and cleaning solution dilution.
Job Specifications: At least high school graduate
Preferably with relevant work experience.
Is flexible working extended hours, during weekends, and holidays.
Willing to work in a Filipino - Chinese cuisine. 
Willing to work in Upper Session Baguio City.
