Making sure that a meal is properly and timely presented while keeping the kitchens sanitation. Job Objectives:To meet highest food quality standards on flavor, aroma, and color attributes.To keep optimal daily inventory levels with high yielding raw materials.To maintain impeccable sanitation and cleanliness and food safety rating.Duties & Responsibilities:Prepares kitchen setup and station backup.Maintain raw and paper stock levels.Proper usage and maintenance of equipment and tools.Timely food production and ordering.Follows waste segregation procedures and cleaning solution dilution.Job Specifications:At least high school graduatePreferably with relevant work experience.Is flexible working extended hours, during weekends, and holidays.Willing to work in a Filipino - Chinese cuisine. Willing to work in Upper Session Baguio City.
