Conversion Staff (Laguna)

**CONVERSION STAFF**

**Job Summary**:

- This position is primarily responsible in monitoring and processing payment for real property tax, reviewing folders for take out and organizing and filing documents from time to time.

**_Job Assignment: _**Cabuyao, Laguna

**_Job Type_**:Permanent Contract

**Responsibilities**:

- Real Property tax monitoring (encoding SOA & O.R) and request Check for payment of RPT
- Receive takeout folders from LMD groups
- Filling of New Tax declaration released from Permits Group and encoding of Converted tax declaration
- Pull out documents needed by conversion from mother folder (take out folder)

**Job Qualifications**:

- With Bachelor's degree or graduate of any 4-year course
- Knowledgeable in MS Applications (Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills
- Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity
