You will be responsible for converting leads into customers and retaining existing customers through effective communication and relationship-building strategies. The ideal candidate will be fluent in one or more of the required languages and possess a robust understanding of sales and customer service principles. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to convert leads into sales.Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty.Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.Utilize data-driven strategies to track performance and optimize conversion rates.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement effective retention strategies.Conduct follow-up communications with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.Provide product knowledge and support to customers, enhancing their overall experience.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Conversion or Retention Agent, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.Exceptional communication skills in one or more required languages (Indian, Filipino, French, Malaysian, Japanese).Strong understanding of customer service principles and sales techniques.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
