What you'll do:  Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client monthly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) Review accounting workbooks prepared by our Accounting team to ensure all reconciliations are complete   Dig into the systems and data to solve reconciliation issues   Find and fix errors in client financials  Perform detailed reconciliations on all balance sheet and P&L accounts   Communicate and collaborate with US Controllers and Accountants to ensure client expectations are met   What you'll need:  Experience with one or all of these systems: QuickBooks Online and Desktop, NetSuite, Xero  Experience with Bill.com and Expensify  Experience with payroll softwares (Gusto, Justworks)  Experience with Amazon, Shopify, Stripe  Experience with Brex and Ramp  Experience with inventory software (Cin7, SOS inventory, Fishbowl)   Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP  Revenue Recognition (ASC606)  Prepaid and Accrued Expenses  Deferred Revenue   Fixed Assets and Depreciation  Lease Accounting  Stock-Based Compensation  Inventory, Manufacturing, Cost Accounting  This is a remote role.
